“Made in Morocco” is easy to print and hard to prove. We prove it. Everything below is a fact you can check — not a story we tell.
Turn your box over. The barcode begins with 611 — the GS1 country prefix assigned to Morocco. Barcode prefixes cannot be bought across borders: a 611 code can only be issued to a company registered in Morocco. Type the full number into GS1’s official global registry and see for yourself.
Check it at verified.gs1.org →Your bottle was formulated and filled at a certified cosmetics laboratory in the Souss-Massa region, near Agadir — the only place on Earth where the argan tree grows wild. The oil does not travel to the product. The product is made where the oil is born.
Fifteen ingredients, listed in order of concentration, exactly as the formula is made. The first ingredient on your box is Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil — real argan — not a silicone. Compare that first line with any other bottle on your shelf.
Silicone is colourless. To look like golden argan oil, it needs help — colourants, listed on the label as “CI” followed by a number (CI 26100, CI 47000…). Pick up any hair oil and look for them. Then look at ours: no CI numbers anywhere. The amber in your bottle is the oil itself.
If it needs colouring, it isn’t the oilThe BATCH number stamped on your box corresponds to a dated production record at our laboratory: when it was made, which lot of argan and prickly pear oil went into it, and its quality-control results.
Email us the BATCH number printed on your box and we will reply with its production date and origin record. A person answers — not a bot.
