Welcome to the latest edition of the Oasis newsletter which we hope you will find both interesting and informative.
We are delighted to announce that finance has now been secured for the funding of the entire Oasis project, including each of the three phases of homes and all of the associated club houses and facilities. Lawyers are now finalising the relevant legal documents and we anticipate receiving the first drawdown of funds during the latter part of August. Our project management team is now finalising
the construction programme and we will be in a position to provide our customers with an accurate schedule of works and confirm completion dates for each phase in early September.
